Bryan Exner - Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Lead System Architect
Bryan provides strategic direction for software development, implementation and continued service delivery across
all service lines. He is a trained software engineer with extensive experience in public benefit programs and the management
of large-scale engineering projects. He also is an expert in the NYC Medicaid submission process to the EDITS system.
David Becker - Partner and Chief Information Officer
David oversees all technology related issues including security and takes an active role in large scale implementations.
David also manages the nursing home service line and is the original developer of the EASy system, the precursor and model
for NYC EDITS. He has extensive expertise in all operations related to NYC HRA, specifically the electronic submission
process for long-term care and acute care providers.
Steve Mullin - Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Steve leads the company's sales and marketing initiatives plus collaborates with the development team on future product
creation and enhancements. Steve's focus is to grow the company by further leveraging existing strategic partnerships,
building new partnerships and by being more aggressive in creating direct sales channels within key markets. As a member
of the Executive Team, Steve will be working closely with the company's partners on developing and executing key sales
and marketing initiatives to drive the company's overall growth strategy.
Before joining Bluemark, Steve was the Vice President of Marketing and Product Development with Human Arc. Prior to
that he has held marketing leadership positions with Philips Healthcare, GE Healthcare and GE Capital. Steve holds Six
Sigma Quality Certification and is a graduate of the GE Leadership Development Program. He earned a bachelor's degree
from Providence College, and a master's degree in business administration from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business
at Babson College.
