Catholic Health West selects ESP to automate Charity Care

Catholic Health West has selected the partnership of Bluemark and MedAssist to provide their ESP technology to automate their eligibility screening and workflow processes for Medicaid and Charity Care. Three facilities in Nevada have been selected as pilot sites for the first stage of this rollout.

ESP coverage expanded and now available for 17 states

In an effort to expand the accessibility of ESP, new content has been added and is now available for 17 states. Users are able to assess eligibility for the umbrella of Medicaid programs and create the necessary forms for submission to the appropriate municipal agency. Local programs have also been included as part of these comprehensive screenings depending upon state and county requirements.

MedAssist, Inc. partners with Bluemark, LLC

MedAssist Inc. the premiere eligibility services company in the country has selected Bluemark, LLC to automate and support key revenue cycle business processes within their organization.

Partnering with MedAssist, Bluemark has developed ESP (logo), the Eligibility Screening Protocol. ESP is a web-enabled state and hospital specific, rules-based decision software that will be utilized as the backbone for the delivery of MedAssist’s eligibility services. In addition, hospital staff may also gain access to ESP providing additional benefits to the facility. The University of Mississippi Medical Center located in Jackson, MI was selected as the beta site for this initiative
