Bluemark Moves into New Corporate Headquarters

Bluemark, a specialized healthcare technology developer officially moved into their new corporate headquarters at 40 Sunset Ridge in New Paltz, NY. The company purchased the building in 2016 and previously occupied temporary office space while the first floor of the building was being renovated. The new space includes a suite of executive offices, temporary "hotel" offices for offsite employees to use when they are in town, dedicated space for client relations, and a large conference facility. The office also includes a custom designed open workspace for the development team that fosters collaboration and innovation. The office sits next to a forest preserve with access to hiking and biking trails and is conveniently located just minutes from the New York Thruway.

Blueway Portal and MAPS IQ Go-Live at New Client Sites

Bluemark, a specialized healthcare technology developer, is pleased to announce that the new Blueway Portal esMD solution is now live with a large health system across the state of Ohio. The solution initially went live on November 1st and since then the client has been successfully submitting documents through the esMD portal to the audit contractor community. Once fully ramped up, Blueway Portal will save the client significant time and money in their audit response process.

On the same day Bluemark also went live with a new MAPS IQ client in the Alaska Native American Healthcare market. The Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium, SEARHC, will now utilize MAPS IQ to assist them in managing their uninsured patient population. MAPS IQ is specifically designed to meet the needs of the Native American Healthcare provider market and is now live in four sites across the state of Alaska.

BLUEMARK, LLC, Welcomes New Strategic Advisor

Industry veteran, noted presenter and thought leader, Stewart Presser joins Bluemark as Strategic Advisor.

Bluemark, LLC, a specialized healthcare technology developer, is pleased to announce the addition of Stewart Presser in the newly created role of Strategic Advisor. Stewart recently retired after 26 years of distinguished service with the Greater New York Hospital Association, a trade association representing more than 140 not-for-profit hospitals in the tri-state area. In his most recent role, Stewart was Vice President of Health Finance and Member Services. As a Strategic Advisor, Stewart will help Bluemark's Leadership Team with refining the company's overall business strategy and product roadmap. Stewart will also share his deep expertise and knowledge in both the audit and compliance field and patient financial services field.

During his long career with GNYHA he was responsible for advocacy on behalf of the member hospitals in the areas of health finance, accounts receivable management, Medicaid eligibility issues, and the Administrative Simplification transactions sets under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Over the years, Stewart has made numerous presentations to national organizations on various health finance topics including Charity Care, and the Medicare Audit Recovery Contractor program. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from New York University and has taught health finance as an adjunct professor at NYU's Wagner School of Public Service.

NEW PALTZ, NY - (June 23, 2017) - Bluemark, LLC, a specialized healthcare technology developer, is launching the Blueway Portal esMD solution for hospitals, health systems and the broader provider market. Blueway Portal is the first solution to be launched in the company's new Blueway product family that will ultimately include several claims based solutions. Responding to record requests and keeping up with all of the required documentation in today's audit arena is an extremely cumbersome process. Blueway Portal is an efficient and cost effective way for providers of all sizes and types to respond to Medicare Fee-For-Service contractor audits by taking advantage of the esMD electronic document submission program with CMS. Bluemark is able to offer this new solution as a Certified Health Information Handler.

Blueway Portal's inventory reporting capability allows clients to track both active and past esMD transmissions and provides valuable status and statistical reporting.

Bluemark announces new corporate partnership with the
Ohio Hospital Association.

In April of 2017, Bluemark, a leading provider of revenue cycle technology solutions for hospitals and health systems entered into a corporate partnership with the Ohio Hospital Association (OHA). OHA is the nation's first state-level hospital association and exists to collaborate with its member hospitals and health systems to ensure a healthy Ohio. The key to this new relationship is Bluemark's MAPS Self-Pay management solution.
